Why is stone polishing wax divided into rough polishing, medium polishing and fine polishing when used?

Why is stone polishing wax divided into rough polishing, medium polishing and fine polishing when used? In fact, this is mainly determined by the customer's product polishing needs. Some products require rough polishing, and some customers require fine polishing. Therefore, rough polishing, medium polishing, and fine polishing appear. The beginning of fine polishing is rough polishing. , Remove the rough surface, and then start the dry fine polishing.

  The first process: rough polishing

Because in the rough polishing process, the main work is to remove the rough surface of the workpiece surface, and because the workpieces in this step are still embryonic parts and very rough, polishing materials with strong cutting force such as abrasive belts are used. Or polishing sand, co-sand wax or yellow wax and other coarse-grained stone polishing wax for the first step of polishing.

  The second process: middle throwing

Come to the second step, the workpiece has been roughened, the next thing to do is to refine the sand pattern of the previous step to reach the beginning of the light output. Therefore, this step generally requires the use of hemp wheel and purple wax type stone polishing wax. (Purple wax is a general term, generally refers to the stone polishing wax used for middle polishing, and does not specifically refer to the purple color. The purple classification is mainly used to distinguish the composition of the stone polishing wax by time and division)

  The third process: fine polishing

Fine polishing is a fine and exquisite polishing operation. Generally, a soft and delicate cloth wheel is used to offset the previous silk pattern as much as possible, and then cooperate with the oily, bright green wax and ozokerite. Bren polishing can not only greatly improve work efficiency, but also help to quickly reach the ultimate light effect.

Generally, sand wax (black wax) or yellow wax is used for rough polishing, purple wax is used for medium polishing, and green wax and ozokerite are used for fine polishing. If the polishing requires higher mirror polishing, then small ceresin wax is needed. Stone polishing wax must be used with polishing tools and polishing wheels to achieve the polishing effect we want.
