Product introduction

IPS 1000 is a specifically formulated product for removing rust stains from all stone materials: granite, marble, limestone, terracotta and ceramics. It does not contain acids and can therefore be used also on polished surfaces without affecting their shine. It acts quickly and easily removes rust.

Method of application:

1.Dampen the surface slightly with clean water and then apply a uniform layer of IPS 1000 to the stained area (about 5 mm thickness), using a spatula (not made of metal).
2.Spread the product evenly over the stained area then allow to react. The product colour changes from transparent yellowish to dark purplish as the reaction takes places.
3.On light and crystalline materials if a persistent halo occurs after the removal of the rust, localized application of hydrogen peroxide is recommended.Once the reaction is completed, it is advisable to remove any residue and rinse with plenty of clean water. Rinse again if necessary.
