1.Clean up the floor and let it dry up.
2.Apply the chemical on the floor with cloth or flat mop. After the floor dry up,put the wax on the floor again. First time to use,it needs apply 2-3 layer. For the future maintenance,use wax stripper to remove the surface wax residue,and apply a layer again.
